Cookies with the Boys

Caleb's Gets To Work

Caleb received a big crane for hanukkah that he has been "testing" on an assortment of objects- toy cars, trucks, kitchen chairs and Oscar.

A Cozy Hat for Phin

I finally finished Phineas' winter hat (I only needed to put on the button and finish the strap).  This guy has a lot of hand sewn projects in his room but this is his only hand knitted clothing item.  His grammie made him a delicious blanket for his bed- also gray and white- which is obviously a theme here.  Once we finally move him into his room this week or next I'll get more photos of the nursery out.

Another Outtake

Life with three boys is pretty insane right now.  Caleb in particular is asserting his independence.  Today he stood on his highchair at lunch and started jumping.  Jonas turned to him and said, "dude, sit down, there is no way mom is going to let you get away with that."  When a five year old is calling you out, you're on the border of reason.

Holiday Photo Attempts

Interesting arm gesture Caleb but this is not the one we are going with.
Very sweet and so calm no one will have any idea what reality is really like.

Bonding Time for Caleb and Riley

Cheap Labor

The Gribbles were in town this week from Seattle.  Of course we immediately put them to work raking leaves.  Madison organized the crew and "jumping the the leaf pile" became an activity.

We also hit the aquarium, got ice cream at Faneuil Market and toured the South End.  We can't wait for them to visit again, and not just to save on gardener fees.

A Busy Sunday

Phin had a bath and phew, was ready for a nap.  The big boys enjoyed video games on their iPhones.

I'm One Month Old!

Phineas had his one month check up and he has grown 3 inches and put on almost 3 pounds which is quite an accomplishment considering how much he spits up on all of us.  He wore this "fancy" outfit for about 10 minutes before deciding (through use of his diaper) that he needed to be rid of it.

Seattle Visits

Marcus and Summer insist they are not in a hurry to have kids but they look pretty comfortable to us.  The big boys loved having them around because it meant tons of fun, treats and attention.

A week later Grandma Karen and Grandpa Yosh joined us.  Phineas took up such a long residence on their shoulders he should have paid rent.  We loved having their help and dad enjoyed the local tiramasu.
