Laying Down on the Job

The movers will here all day packing us up for Boston.  Tomorrow they load and Wednesday we fly out.  Obviously Caleb was of little help, but he did let them know he hopes his highchair makes it on the truck.

Jonas is Five!

Jonas had his fifth birthday at the National Aviary here in Pittsburgh.  He enjoyed every minute, including his special visitors: Grammie, Grandpop Andy, Aunt Lisa and Luke from Philadelphia and a Arrow Feathered Owl from Eurasia.  April from Vanilla made his cake which was enjoyed by adults and children alike.  For all the photos, please go here.

Last Day of Preschool

This was Jonas' last week of preschool at the Children's School.  He had a fantastic year and especially connected with his teacher Mrs. Bird.  (It seems the feeling was mutual.)  This year they focused on building, colors and the ocean, along with learning their numbers and letters.

We are amazed how much our little boy has grown!

Summer Do

Caleb got his summer haircut and while it's nice to see his face again we'll be happy when it grows in a bit...

Faux-Easter

The boys volunteered to help Kip celebrate easter last week with the requisite pastel shirts, bunnies and cookies.

Morning Treats

It's been a cold and wet Spring in Pittsburgh.  This morning the boys and I tried a therapy of corn muffins and Yo Gabba Gabba for breakfast.

Poppy's Chair

Caleb will only watch tv from a big leather chair affectionately called "Poppy's Chair."
