F is for Friedland

The Friedlands brought love from Philadelphia this weekend.  The older boys went kayaking on the Charles River and Caleb took advantage of the weight discrepancy over Wyatt (who is one) and harassed him for two days straight.

To Preschool He Goes

Caleb likes the Bunny Room at the Preschool Experience.  He had his first day and ran into class with barely a goodbye.  They washed babies, had oranges and saltines for snack and he played in the sandbox with bulldozers.  It was a great first day.  Favorite robot shirt from Grammie, backpack Lightning McQueen of course.

Kip and Mika Visit!

 We had the best playdate last week and not just because they brought a huge bag of homemade peanut butter chocolate chip cookies (though for the record, no one with cookies will ever be turned away from this house.)  It was wonderful having old friends for a visit and Caleb loved seeing Kip again.

Scooter Car Wash

Jonas and his new friend Sydney who lives next door.  She is super fast on her scooter and Jonas is doing his best to keep up.

Makeshift Sandbox

Forget making a formal sandbox because Caleb has made his own in the corner of the yard against the fence.

Jonas' First Day of Kindergarten

 Jonas had his first day of Kindergarten at Bowen Elementary.  He is excited about his new teacher Ms. Becker and is already making new friends.  The weather has been really nice so we have been walking to and from school.

Laying Down on the Job

The movers will here all day packing us up for Boston.  Tomorrow they load and Wednesday we fly out.  Obviously Caleb was of little help, but he did let them know he hopes his highchair makes it on the truck.
