Memorial Day at the Shore
Time-out For Engines

At any given time about half of Jonas' trains live in the time-out drawer. Various infractions can land an engine in time-out: not following Sir Topham Hatt's instructions, not pulling freight correctly, being scary, etc. He also knows exactly which engines are in the drawer and for about how long they have been there: "Diesel 10 should come out of the drawer now; he has been there for 3 days."
Finding Our Way
Michael created this map which includes our new home, Jonas' school and the hospital where he will be working. Of course Saks Fifth Avenue and Starbucks are also made the list. Enjoy!

Jonas Turns Three

Well actually his birthday isn't till next week, but today we celebrated with friends and family. The party was at a fun local store called Nurture which is about 10 min. from our house. We had breakfast treats (thanks mom!), homemade cupcakes and starbucks coffee of course. Miss Scherling provided the entertainment/music. Jonas provided quite a stirring version of Old MacDonald suggesting a narwhal, shark and caterpiller for the farm.
